Complex Fundraiser Information and Conduct
Again this year our only mandated fundraiser will be to sell raffle tickets. Raffle tickets are in the set amount of $5.00 each. This is a great help in constructing and maintaining our complex and in turn helps us keep our registration fees low. We ask for 100% participation. This is a requirement of registration.
Mandatory A-Packet Conduct
Each participant is responsible to sell 20 raffle tickets with a 40 raffle ticket max per family. Raffle tickets will be distributed to participants during registration. The raffle ticket stubs and money needs to be returned to the participants head coach on or before the first day of practice, in full. In the event that all raffle ticket stubs and money are not accounted for on the "turn in" date, the respected individual will be placed on "Leave" status for 72 hours in which that time should be used to complete the "Requirements of Registration". In the event that the "Requirements of Registration" are not met with in the 72 hour deadline, the participant will be charged with an unexcused absence for each day they were placed in the "Leave" status. If you prefer not to sell raffle tickets, a $100.00 donation may be made to the Dixon Junior Dukes as an opt out option.
Optional B-Packet Conduct
Upon total completion of the "Requirements of Registration", the respective participant shall be eligible to request B-Packet raffle tickets to help the participant reach their goal of winning a top seller prize. A request for the B-Packet raffle tickets shall be made to their head coach. B-Packet raffle tickets will be issued in packets of 10 with no more than 50 raffle tickets being issued at any one time. All unsold B-Packet raffle tickets, stubs, and money are to be returned to the participants head coach on or before the first day of practice, in full. In the event that any unsold raffle tickets, stubs, and money are not accounted for on the "turn in" date, the respective individual will be placed on "Leave" status for 72 hours in which that time should be used to gather all unsold B-Packet raffle tickets, stubs, and money. In the event that all B-Packet raffle tickets, stubs, and money are not returned with in the 72 hour deadline, the participant will be charged with an unexcused absence for each day they were placed in the "Leave" status. A total of twelve raffle ticket books must be sold to qualify for a “Top Seller” award.
